Payment

We require a 50% deposit before we begin work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise specified in the project contract. We accept payment via check or electronic transfer.

Ownership

Upon completion of a project and receipt of full payment, the client will own all rights to the website design, content, and any custom code or programming developed specifically for the project. Any third-party components or software used in the project will be subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and code, is the property of CrestPulse.in and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for any services provided up to the termination date.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of using our website or services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from using our website or services will be resolved through arbitration per the rules of the Indian Council of Arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator will be binding and final.

Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between CrestPulse.in and the client with respect to the use of our website and services. Any other agreements or representations, whether oral or written, are superseded by these terms and conditions.
